Terms of Service

Episode Club is a free email digest service operated by Gone With The Wood LLC (doing business as The Little Tree Company), an Arkansas limited liability company. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service. You pick shows; we email you a digest of their new episodes. Episode titles, artwork, and notes belong to their respective creators — we relay and summarize publicly published feed data and always link you to the original. We are not affiliated with any show, Apple, Spotify, or YouTube.

Fair use.Don't use the service to harvest data, spam, or anything unlawful. One account per email address. We may limit shows per account or decline feeds that abuse the system.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is.” Feeds go down, publishers change things, and AI summaries can occasionally miss the mark — verify anything important against the episode itself. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gone With The Wood LLC's total liability to you is $0 — it's a free newsletter.

For creators. If you publish a show and prefer not to appear in digests, email matt@littletreeco.comand we'll remove your feed promptly.
